The fight is on.
Warren County was recently in the news for a proposal by Hixson LLC to bring a 25mw AI Data Center to the middle of McMinnville, Tennessee.
Through a push by local residents, the city of McMinnville board of mayor and aldermen passed an 18-month moratorium on accepting any applications for data centers. This was just the first stage. We have until December 2027 to pass strict zoning regulations that will prevent any AI data center from coming to our small town.
